WHAT'S A TYPICAL WEDDING FILM SHOOT LIKE?

We make our films as a two to three (2-3) person team. This makes it possible for one of us to focus more on the wedding couple and the other videographer can focus on guests, reactions, details, additional angles or drone shots. We follow the couple during the whole wedding day and we document the day as it unfolds. Sound and music is a central part of our wedding films, therefore we capture both sound and speeches with various microphones and recorders. We have professional drones that we use for beautiful aerial shots. Note: Aerial shots can not always be guaranteed. Drones are used according to country regulations and possible rainy weather might be a restricting factor too. Ask us for more information about drone rules and regulations for your country.

DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

Yes. Absolutely. Anytime. Almost anywhere. We love traveling. We have filmed destination weddings in Thailand, Italy, France, Croatia, Norway and Finnish Lapland.

WHAT'S THE PRICE?

We mainly do full day wedding coverage. Our video / photo package prices can be found here. A wedding video package includes a 5-8 minute cinematic highlight film plus a 30-60 second long vertical teaser video for social media. Alternatively, you can opt for a documentary style video of about 15-20 minutes instead of a highlight film.

With all the post production and editing there will be approximately 45-60 hours of work behind each wedding film. For weddings that last several days, destination weddings, elopements or other special requests eg. footage of the whole ceremony and speeches, please contact us for a quote. Most of the time we shoot weddings as a team, but shooting solo might also be possible for certain weddings. I do solo shoots sometimes, please ask for a quote and more information.

SAME DAY EDIT?

Yes. I would love to make a same-day-edit wedding highlight film that is showed on the wedding day at the reception. A same day edit will require at least a third person in our team. The price depends a lot of the wedding. Feel free to ask for a quote.

CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR OUR VIDEO?

Not likely. It's not possible to choose your favourite tunes due to copyright laws. We will choose and purchase licensed music from various professional music sites that give your film the right ambiance. This is included in the package. Music scoring and sound design is a process that we really love and we want to keep the creative rights for our Loiste sound designer to choose the music.

HOW DO WE BOOK?

Your booking requires a 25% booking fee and signing our wedding contract online via the Procountor service. The remaing payment is due 14 days prior to your wedding. Payment is also possible via Klarna. Our travel expences and accommodation is added to the total fee. Ask for more details.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Photos are delivered in an online gallery within 2 weeks after the wedding. Wedding film editing takes about 3-6 months depending on the season. I will deliver your wedding film as a digital downloadable file. In case of the final video file size being too large or other download issues, I will send you a physical copy on a USB-drive via mail.
